Install browser extension in Edge - manual installation

Until now, Picsee browser extension have not been on official app stores, so this article uses Edge as an example to introduce how to install it manually...

# Download

Click this package PicseeBrowserExt-1.0.3 to download zip file, after download, unzip it.

# Install

# Open Edge Extensions page

Open Edge, click Setting and more, which is on the top-right menu bar, then look for Extensions in the contextual menu and click it. open extension_1.png

# Enable Developer mode

On the bottom-left corner of the page opened, look for Developer mode, enable. developmode

# Install extension

click Load unpacked install_1.png

On the opened dialog, locate the folder which download and unzip before, then click select, finish to install. install_2.png

# Finish

After install, you will see Picsee logo on the top-right corner of Edge. Refresh the opened webpage or reopen them, drag the images in the webpages to collect. fixed.png

# Start to use

  • Drag images on webpage to collect
  • Batch collect images on webpage
  • Favorite the whole webpage
  • Right-click to collect images on webpage
  • Pay attention to: the opened webpages which are before the extension installed, need to refresh, then it can work. The folder where extension you locate in and load from, do no move or delete it.
